The ocean room is a large corner oceanfront bedroom on the top floor. It has a king bed and ensuite with double sink vanity and walk in shower. It shares the same footprint as the coral room below it.

This large room has two twin beds over 2 queen beds. Each bed is equipped with its own light and

charging station. It is on the top floor and faces the road side. It has an ensuite with a double sink

vanity and walk in shower.

The seahorse room is an oceanfront bedroom on the top floor. It is the smaller of the king suites but

still has an ensuite with a double sink vanity and walk in shower. It shares the same footprint as the

sunset room below it.

The sunrise room is an oceanfront bedroom on the main level and has a walkout to the deck. It is the

smaller of the king suites but has an ensuite with a double sink vanity and walk in shower. It shares the

same footprint as the seahorse room above it.

The turtle room is the largest king suite on the main level and faces roadside. It has a king bed and

ensuite with double sink vanity and walk in shower.

The coral room is a large corner oceanfront bedroom on the main level. It also has a walkout to the

deck. It has a king bed and ensuite with double sink vanity and walk in shower. It shares the same

footprint as the ocean room above it.

Sunrise Room

Each ensuite in the main house has a double sink vanity with custom cabinets, marble counter and modern fixtures.  Enjoy the modern walk-in shower tiled with marble and slate (or fun tile and colored glass accent in the bunk room).  Sandy Bum supplies Tommy Bahama bath products for your convenience.

Entry

Be greeted by the views that only Exuma can provide.  The open floor plan, high ceilings and three large sliding doors provide lots of light and beauty.

Dinning Room

Whether you are cooking or private catering, enjoy a meal at our table with seats 16 guests.  The hutch is stocked with glassware, place settings and table décor for your get-togethers.

Relax in the living room with seating for 8 and a 70" TV

Kitchen

 Outfitted with top appliances, two dishwashers and a sink with views that will help you forget you are washing dishes.

 With a large island and seating for 6, this is a great place to grab breakfast or a quick lunch before heading out for sun and fun.

Game Room

The game room has a 50” TV with Playstation classic gaming systems, DVD and plenty of space to play.  Built-in cabinetry provide additional seating and storage for puzzles and board games for all ages.

Pool Room

Enjoy a late night game of pool!  With seating for 4,  a dry bar with beverage fridge and sound system, your group can play all night!

Gym

Upon request, you can access a rowing machine, bike and elliptical for your workouts.  Light free weights, mats and bench round out your workout.  Use the –“ TV or the MusicCast sound system to motivate your workouts.

The cabana is an extension of the kitchen and has a grill, sink and 2 beverage fridges.  A dining table that seats 8 or more if you turn it towards the custom built-in seating that line the wall and provide a living room space.
